Warranty:
This product includes the following 30 day limited warranty: If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the manufacturer will repair this product or at the manufacturer’s sole option, replace it with a like or reasonable similar product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, alteration or other cause not within the control of the manufacturer. Repaired or replacement products are warranted for 30 days. No warranty whatsoever applies to any product purchased other than by the original consumer in its original packaging. Consumer is responsible for shipping cost for the warranty service. This product is sold as a novelty only.
Because personal senses, feelings, stimulation, and satisfaction are such individual and private matters, the manufacturer cannot and does not warrant that this product will achieve and particular result. The manufacturer does not warrant the fitness for a particular purpose of this product and does not make any warranty, express or implied, other than the warranty contained herein. No implied warranty created by state law shall extend beyond the terms of this warranty and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss or use of this product or incidental or consequential damages which this product might cause. The limitations of this warranty are subject to state laws. No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of any company has the authority to change the terms of this warranty. To avoid electric shock, never immerse battery operated or electrically operated items in water. Liberal use of a premium water soluble lubricant is recommended.
